But more and more people are concerned about tuna due to questions about sustainability — specifically issues of overfishing and damage to ocean ecology. There are also questions about high levels of mercury.

    When we began to brainstorm an original recipe to create for our No-Stress Neighborly Nosh Gathering, we knew we wanted a vegetable side dish that even a picky kid would love. A single link of Italian sausage (leftover from a previous pizza night) actually inspired the dish.
