Happy weekend to one and all. We’re nestling down for a long weekend here, since we keep things quiet for Presidents’ Day. I’m ready for a cocktail (probably something from this lineup) and a Saturday of cooking Thai food with my honey. What about you? Are you taking advantage of the long weekend, the weather, and Valentine’s Day to get snowed in good and proper? We’d love to hear about your cooking plans for this winter weekend.

Sunday Suppers at Lucques by Suzanne Goin — Classic Cookbook

Oh, and for that slow-roasted salmon recipe that will never leave my dinner party and brunch rotation. Ever.
